About us
We watched a shop owner check a paper list for a price.
That was the whole problem in one moment: the stock was in the godown, the price was on paper, the khata was in a drawer and the truth was in nobody's system. paiyaay exists so that the screen and the godown finally agree.
Why we are building this
Pakistan's tyre trade runs on paper, WhatsApp and memory. That is not a criticism — it is the brief.
A tyre business holds hundreds of size variants, sells them half in cash and half on khata, and buys by the container. The tools on offer are either generic accounting systems that treat a 205/55R16 like any other line item, or shop tills that bill and manage nothing.
We didn't start from software. We started from the counter: what does the man answering a size question at 6pm actually need? Everything in the product traces back to that question.
We are not trying to change how the trade works. We built a system that already understands how it works.
The Promise Ledger
We sell only what has shipped.
Software vendors in this market have a credibility problem, and it is earned. Features are sold that do not exist, and the customer finds out six months in.
So the demo is the proof — it is the actual product, and you can open it right now without talking to anyone. What you see there is what you buy.
When we miss a date, you hear it from us before you have to chase it.
How we work
Six rules we do not bend
01
The record never blocks the trade
A sale never stops because the system disagrees — it records, warns loudly and stays explainable. A blocked sale just gets written on paper, and then the system is worthless.
02
Every number explains itself
Stock is a ledger of movements, money is a ledger of bills and payments. "Why does it say 4?" always has an answer, line by line.
03
Sales sells only what has shipped
If it is not in the live demo, we do not sell it. That rule binds everyone, including us.
04
Your data belongs to you
Full export, any time, from inside the product — no requests, no hostage tactics.
05
Built at the counter
Features are shaped by market visits and a live pilot with a real tyre business, not by conference rooms.
06
The numbers must match the register
Trust dies on the first wrong number. Accuracy is a brand feature, not an engineering detail.
Where we are, plainly
Running, piloted, and taking first customers.
The full system — stock, counter, orders, khata, returns, purchases, reports — is live and testable in the public demo today. FBR digital invoicing is built in, developed hands-on with a real GST-registered tyre business. We are onboarding our first paying customers now; early customers get direct access to the team building it and real influence over what ships next.
Ten minutes in the demo beats an hour of reading.
Open it now — no signup, nothing to install. Or book a consultation and we'll walk through it together on your questions.
